Hi everyone, this is Eric Martin, the lead singer for the band Mr.

Big, and you are on the road to rock with Clint Schweitzer.

Let me just start off by saying, yes, I'm alive, but just barely.

And we've had a lot of momentum on the YouTube channel lately, but I want to put these out in audio form kind of intermittently.

and talk about what an unbelievable occasion it was.

Yeah, the fans showed up, almost 30,000 a day, rocking with bands like Slayer, who were tremendous, Papa Roach, who was unforgettable, The Pretty Reckless, who might have been my favorite act that I saw all weekend, The Black Label Society, Ugly Kid Joe and Slaughter on the DEB Roadhouse stage, freaking ICP on the second stage.

They're not my favorite band of all time, but just to take in all this, this eclectic mix of rock, to meet new people, to catch up with those that I have made friends with in the past.

Skeletal bird.

Yeah, this is just me being super pumped about today's show as On the Road to Rock continues on into late August.

2023's album from The Defiance called Drive was my hard rock album of the year.

Back in the day, I got a little too loose in Oklahoma City.

In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, police, with their body cameras, recorded a fun moment where a naked man, again, de-swinging, naked dude fired a makeshift flamethrower at the cops.
