And I'm like, conscious dance? What on earth is conscious dance? And they're like, oh, it's called Five Rhythms and Movement Medicine.

And we're planning like a three-day immersion over a weekend.

And I'm like, oh, okay, sounds weird.

So this is like way before I'm even, I don't even know what conscious dance is.

I don't know what five rhythms is.

I don't know what movement medicine is.
