Mount Lofty

It's interesting, yeah.

They were telling me up at Mount Lofty at the Botanic Gardens how wet it's been, and now some beautiful sunshiny weather for you.

So certainly some cooler temperatures about the south and some patchy cloud as well.

There are a few very light showers just falling out of the cloud pretty much along the whole sort of southern coastline picking up between sort of half a millimetre and sort of one to two millimetres, maybe a couple of millimetres more along the Mount Lofty ranges there.

The showers are pretty well all cleared up now and that cloud's really starting to break up as well.

And as we move into the rest of the week, a ridge of high pressure is going to be our sort of dominant feature for the next few days.

that one to two about the southern agricultural area.

Really, it's only going to be the lower southeast and Kangaroo Island, maybe to the east of the Mount Lofty ranges.

But otherwise, yeah, that one to two is really all I've got for you.

Your upbringing in soccer and all the clubs that are taking you to where you are today.

I started off playing in the hills for Mount Lofty.

I was like a centimeter from memory.

I had long hair down to about here.

Pissing with rain, and I would ride my bike.

Um, and then go to a personal training session twice a week, and then, um, go for a hike after a ride, you know, a 5K hike, or do Mount Lofty, you know, before work.

And what I found is especially my feet, they would cramp up, especially if I came to a sudden stop on my bike.

Um, so I felt like I had to keep moving, otherwise my body was gonna seize up.

Actually, I'll share this with our friends.

I went to a place at 8.30 this morning called Mount Lofty.

During the overnight period, we did see...

Around sort of one to four millimetres through, particularly gauges are up about the Mount Lofty ranges, as we did see the tail end of a cold front clip the southern parts.

But otherwise, broader parts of the state are largely dry and mostly sunny to partly cloudy, except for parts of the far west.

So we do see a lingering trough on the WA side of the border that is bringing some rain isolated showers and storms into parts of the far west and northwest pastoral and we expect that trough to linger there in coming days so we may continue to see some isolated showers and storms right the way through the coming days.

Did a lot of running on a little track just inside the fence of the house and ended up being able to do 105 push-ups.

So I put the time to good use, Paul, and... look I could have absconded I could have gone for a couple of runs up Mount Lofty in the early evening but I thought no look I'm in enough trouble now I don't need to escalate it further then ended up they took me to court for uh not paying a thousand dollar fine on top and um yes I was assisted by Stuart Lindsay there and uh no eventually came out on top but um No, my wife, she came back from Brisbane too about a week after me at that time and just went along with the stuff, thought I was an idiot to make a fuss of all this.

And so she gets meant to have three negative tests of the PCR in a row.

That was the rule at the time.

They're no bloody good, any of them.

And, of course, PCR, well, as Mark Bailey said, it's a manufacturing tool for the laboratory to amplify DNA, which has been... weaponized or something like that to to amplify social control there you are and and so that's that's why i refuse to have it and also why do they have to shove something way up people's noses if it's so virulent just get them to spit in a test tube and test that no they want to inject something in close to their brains and it's all part of the style dangerous stuff and so no it couldn't on you for helping those birds like that and for being a runner.

I took a GoPro camera up there in January because I run Mount Lofty once a week and it's bloody hard.
