Like I've now worked with some of the businesses in town that I used to hear their ads on radio when my dad was driving me to soccer games on the weekend kind of thing.

I love being able to help that.

I just walked up the Mount Keira track the- well, I just walked up Mount Keira track yesterday and that real, the real steep one.

That was, um, that got the heart rate up in levels it hasn't seen in months.

Oh, that's good.
