And I've stolen a little map from someone that I follow on Strava who did the like proposed Mount Coot-tha park run course the other day and you can see it's a steep one elevation of 256 meters so this is going to be a tough park run as you can probably imagine at Mount Coot-tha it looks like it starts and finishes up towards the botanic gardens area and then I'm going to assume goes downhill to start with this is the elevation map that I got from the person's Strava.
