So, tucked along the Montauk Highway in Moriches, The Wine Barn and Farmers Market is just one of those Long Island spots that feels like a true hidden gem.

Housed in a longtime Lacorte's farm stand property, which dates back to 1959, the destination blends a local wine-tasting room with a classic farm stand experience, featuring Long Island wines, local beers, fresh produce, cheeses, jams, and the beloved Lacorte's pies and baked goods.

Is this quintessential Long Island?

We had a nice jig bite east of West of Habs ledge on smaller 28 to 40 inch class blue fins.

And then we got a giant bite right now from Shinnecock, Moriches, all the way to Montauk in the bunker pods.

Really good giant action right now.

So we're hearing fish even as small as 70 inches in here.

So really good opportunity on the Giants as you get to the north.

We expect these fish to start moving back south again.

And we also expect this fishery hero, Montauk, Shinnecock, Moriches, to really start to pop off here too with the Giants.
