Mordheim

The Dark Water models look really cool.

I'm definitely picking up some of those for, like, Mordheim stuff.

Yeah, I think those were, uh, like a Japanese exclusive-

in collaboration with Hive Scum because they were the guys in that first issue.

So you can kind of see this thing going on, which is like very sick, like a Mordheim themed, based off of like Steve's table and their minis from the article, like super sick.

And so, yeah, so the reprint has, like, an exclusive poster and the, like, holo cover just to, like, again, like, push it.

Everything gets pushed a little beyond what you would expect is kind of the idea.

So we approached...

Thomas Piernan, who designed Mordheim.

And we just shot our shot and hoped he'd say yes.

And so he did.

That's how my brain is, and I just want my things to be as good as I can personally make them, right? But also, it's like a historical game.

It's an historical game at a convention where people are coming to this convention primarily to play Mordheim and other, you know, fantasy games, right? Including sci-fi and that.

So...

Yeah, I wanted to just like be eye catching enough for like a normal human who could not give a shit about history at all, let alone like a Civil War game on the tabletop.
