Moranbah

Not at all.

Uh, I actually grew up in Moranbah, which is still Central Queensland.

My father was a diesel mechanic in the mines, so I do not have an agricultural background.

My husband does, but yeah, closest I got to ag was probably visiting a friend, Kelva, who had a cattle property nearby.

So round about that one millimeter with, with high confidence, but you could get up to, to twenty millimeters on some parts there, uh, if you're lucky.

But then pushing further west, so the real focus on Thursday will be kind of south of Moranbah all the way down towards, uh, Tambo, Charleville, uh, and then down towards St George, uh, Roma, uh, Ralston Springs or Blackwater.

That whole sector really through the central parts, uh, from Moranbah s-south, uh, could see two up to twenty-five millimeters, uh, through that whole part, uh, on Thursday is the current thinking.

So that'll be the real focus, uh, on Thursday.

Little bit also extending from there up, uh, into the northwest as well, could pick up some, uh, some sh-- up to five to ten millimeters if you're lucky around Hughenden, uh, out towards Normanton.

But the real focus is, uh, Moranbah, uh, south, uh, to the border.

Uh, and then, uh, if you go into Friday, generally, uh, Friday, uh, eases up a little bit, little bit more hit or miss on Friday.

Uh, but really from Mackay inland to Longreach, uh, then down east of, uh, Cunnamulla, uh, all through that area could see one or two millimeters.

Uh, and so, uh, we will see tomorrow it'll move more into the interior.

So, uh, we've generally got, uh, a risk of, uh, isolated showers and thunderstorms, uh, really across, uh, western Queensland, central Queensland, some isolated showers, uh, some thunderstorms might get as far east as Charters Towers, Moranbah, uh, and the southeast coast is also expecting, uh, the chance of a shower or thunderstorm tomorrow.

The main focus tomorrow will really be in a band really from up around Mount Isa across to, to Richmond down through Winton, Longreach, uh, even Charleville, Inn June, Roma, uh, down into, uh, kind of the, the southeast interior, so down towards, uh, Goondiwindi and out towards, uh, Toowoomba and Warwick.

That seems to be the main focus, uh, tomorrow.

Yes, yes.

And, and places like Gladstone were, were booming for a while, and mining towns like Moranbah, and I know of people who bought five, six properties in those locations.

Right.

Now, a sensible investor doesn't buy six properties all in the one location.
