Said, "Okay, I can offer mortgages, insurances, uh, of course, uh, the right houses." Uh, we have, uh, more than 80 collaborations with local agents, uh, along the coastline, which are really the experts of the area.

And, um, yeah, and that's, uh, that, that's more or less how we, we act.

And now we are in, um, le- uh, in Moraira office, we also constructing villas, uh, together with an, uh, well-known, uh, Spanish, uh, construction company.

And we do also kind of all f- furniture and beds and stuff, so we can really do everything.
