These are the concrete threats that would alter the math we literally just did.

First up, AeroVironment is currently draining $100 million in capital expenditure through 2029 to build a massive 20-acre unified campus in Moorpark, California.

Any construction delays there will absolutely destroy their free cash flow.

Second, they are facing ongoing consolidated securities fraud class action lawsuits regarding exactly how they disclose the risks around that SCAR contract termination.

Number two, keep a very close eye on the DoD.

If you start seeing more contracts shifting to commercial open source platforms, that's a massive early warning sign.

And number three, track their execution on that Moorpark campus capital expenditure.

The technology moat they possess is spectacular, no doubt, but patient execution is required to absorb all that heavy fixed overhead.

umSan Fernando Valley, those areas, um, of C- of LA, um, Moorpark, Calanada, uh, played with Son, um, the Sand Canyon, Angeles National, uh, Spanish Hills, uh, Los Robles, you name it, man.
