And yeah, Brewster's schedule, uh, a, a little more difficult than your local MHSAA school schedule.

They played on the Nike EYBL circuit and this includes the schools like Montverde, Oak Hill, La Lumiere over in Indiana, Link Academy, AZ Compass Prep.

I mean, guys, the Nike EYBL Scholastic circuit might as well just be another college mid-major conference.

Uh, it- that is some real hoops going on over there.

So Bella Kalina developers adding a hundred new home sites for the luxury residential community in Montverde.

Well, and a big misconception about, um, Bella Clina is that the, there's not a lot of school options for kids, right? But a couple of families we helped move into Bella Clina last year, their kids are going to Montverde Academy and they were able to make it through the admissions process.

So you're seeing like more and more like community centric stuff around that community, which is cool.
