So that's helpful for me when I enter into a conversation, if they're willing to, you know, occupy space with me for a while it's helpful to remember not to prepare for an encounter like that by thinking oh he's going to say this and then I'm going to come back with that and then we're going to go back and forth and I'm going to win but to prepare my mind in such a way where I allow for the possibility that this person will lead me to come to an understanding I hadn't really had before.
