Um, maybe before we get into that, you'll tell us a little bit about yourself and, and how you found yourself, um, working in in situ mechanical testing.

Well, that's a great question.

Um, and it's kind of a roundabout thing.

Um, so, uh, back in '89, while I was still quite young, um, my father came up with this in situ mechanical testing technology.

And so as I got older, y- you know, he, he would have me come work in the lab with him.

So I was 12 years old, um, I started, which was a little over 30 years ago now.
