How do you approach that?
21:23
If I had a fresh bikini and I was going to do just a cup revision, I would still go back in through a bikini approach.
21:32
One of the things that is nice about this approach is that if you needed to have another secondary incision, you could place that with a bikini.
21:44
So if I was doing a revision through a bikini approach and I was like oh no suddenly I need you know better access to my femur you could simply do like a subvastus type approach so you know and I agree I think the argument against revising that it's not mentally invasive is is crazy you know you're not touching your posterior soft tissues and I think that's one of the biggest um you know, the biggest advantages because we know that revision and instability go hand in hand from the posterior approach because of all of the dissection you have to do to get down.
22:19
And I agree that having slurro, you know, is such a, such a advantage because a lot of times in these revisions, we just don't have any landmarks and being able to very easily see what you're doing, you know, it's such an advantage.
22:34
So.

For someone who's early in their anti-approach revision journey, what's the one maybe guardrail you believe they should try to avoid compromising on, regardless of experience or comfort level?

Oops.
