What are your thoughts now that you've processed this about what this means?

Yeah, Jay, I was surprised.

You know, if you think about what we know about tyrosine kinase inhibitors so far, like for example, the previous study, the phase two study, the DAVIO2 study, we had very promising results.

And so I think everybody sort of thought that with the Lugano study, we were also going to get promising results that would lead to pretty easy pathway for FDA approval.

But I was very surprised that we did not meet the primary endpoint in this particular trial.

And therefore, now the FDA approval pathway just becomes a little bit more challenging.

And we really need results from the next companion trial, the Lucia trial, to tell us if this thing has a shot of FDA approval and commercialization.
