I really like the style.

Even though back then, Moguera looked weird and crummy and everything.

But with this style, when he was in Godzilla vs.

Here is Hattori's theme for Birth Island from his score for Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla.

¶¶ ¶¶ Hattori's score provides new themes for both titular monsters, as well as Mogera, which is a mechanized flying attack ship built by the Japanese from the wreckage of Mechagodzilla, itself which was rebuilt from Mechagidera.

Hattori's Mogera theme is a sprightly march in the mold of Ifukubi's for the Japanese Self-Defense Force.

¶¶ In terms of musically characterizing both Godzilla and Space Godzilla, Hattori's approach lacks the weighty, thundering quality of Ifukubi and so doesn't quite make the same impact, no pun intended.

For example, here is his Godzilla 1994 theme, which seems to be better suited to the determined nature of the G-Force squad than it does to the Big G itself.
