Mockup

I think probably the answer is like, whatever tool you're most comfortable with and can move the fastest in, that's probably the right tool.

Um, there are also all these like, um, like, what is it, mockup.ai, M-O-K-K-U-P.ai, um, is more of a, um, AI-enabled thing.

I've, I've seen some outputs from it that are good, some that are kinda like they look good but they're not meaningful, you know? It's like, oh, it looks cool, but you actually like figure out what, well, what is this chart telling me? It's like, I don't know, you know? Um, so you gotta be careful with the AI stuff 'cause it will, it'll do a lot of stuff that looks good that's not necessarily useful.

Um, and then like I've, I've code- like vibed up some, um, some mockups in Claude before that actually looked pretty good.

Um, I reach out to them two weeks or so before I'm like, Hey, what would you like this time? What colors do you want any text? And they usually send me an inspiration photo or they'll show me their current inventory because I'll coordinate it to go with like that upcoming season.

And so I plan it and I do mockups.

and prep everything, but I don't show my client the mock-up.

I don't think I've ever heard of anybody who doesn't show the client the mock-up because I feel like every single one of my clients, they're asking for a mock-up before they've even given me like a mood board or like an inspiration photo.
