Mobile Suit Gundam 00

If

you've never watched Gundam, go watch Gundam 00.

You get Graham Aker and the fucking flag fighters, dude.

They're awesome, dude.

I should have known.

It's like you watch...

I play the Gundam Gasha game, G-Generation Eternal.

And the game's doing really well.

WG Model are preparing two MB-style 1/100 scale versions of Gundam Exia, the Repair Type 2 and the Repair Type 3.

Now, Exia is one of the most recognizable mobile suits from Gundam 00, and its variations, repaired and upgraded forms, have always been popular subjects for modelers.

The Repair 2 represents a rebuilt and upgraded version of the original Exia, while the Repair 3 takes the design in a slightly different direction, with additional equipment and more heavily modified appearance.

And these particular releases are being described as MB-style designs, taking inspiration from the detail aesthetic associated with the Metal Build range.

Yeah, no, I agree with Zach.

How do we think it compares to the A-Head from Gundam 00? I'll have to remember what the A-Head was.

The A-Head is kind of boring looking, but it's the successor to the Jinx.

It's the one, they're not called the Titans.

Now, unlike the Blast, which was basically an evolution of the Rialto, the flag represented a much more radical next-generation design.

Now, if you watched the first season of Gundam 00, you may have wondered why some of the Union pilots really dislike Graham Aker.

Well, that actually goes back to this competition.

The test pilot selected for the Iris Corporation's Union flag prototype was actually Graham Aker himself, who at the time was a young and an unknown pilot.

GNR-010-00 Riser Now, the machines seemed to be evenly matched with the 00 Riser, especially with Graham's skill as a Mobile Suit pilot.

However, it did end with Graham, aka Mr. Bushido, being defeated.

After the events of Gundam 00 Season 2, the Federation government needed an elite task force that could rapidly respond to various conflicts around the world.

This elite task force was called the Soul Braves, consisting of some of the best pilots from every country and every block.

Because I think Seed is a remake of...

Was it Gundam 00? Yeah.

Gundam 00 was the thing I was remembering.

Regardless, I'm not super here to talk about it, but I just was thinking there was in Japan, they call it the real robot genre as opposed to the super robot genre.

whereas like power rangers yeah like where there's some kind of just alien robot or there's some kind of superhero robot the real robot genre is the robot is an actual like military weapon and the story treats it as if it is real mass-produced
