Mobile home

Let me start by explaining the layout of the home.

I lived in an old mobile home with my fiancé.

One of the ones that look like an actual house.

The inside was old, with plywood walls and an eerie feel to it.

So that also plays a factor.

Do you do loans on mobile homes? Yes, but.

So it has to be permanently affixed to the ground.

So generally, the current owner doesn't have a permanent foundation like report.

Obviously, I deal with farmers.

And they have a really hard time in rural America getting homes built.

And so there's a lot of mobile homes being moved out onto property that they purchase.

But it's hard to find financing.

have a question about title insurance if you're purchasing a mobile home Do you need to buy title insurance if you're not buying the land?

Uh, so all you're doing is, uh, you've got the house, right? Or the, the, the, the mobile home as you call it.

And, um, you're not buying the land.

You're just putting your house on a piece of property and you have a lease, uh, for that land.

Is that correct? Yeah, as far as I know, you wouldn't need title insurance because title insurance only deals with the boundaries of your land and things of that sort.

It wouldn't have anything to do with the mobile home itself.

You would need just a lawyer to look over that contract that you're signing and make sure that there aren't any provisions in there that you might not be aware of or like, and some type of homeowner's insurance, let's call it, for the home.

we bought a little ranch out on the county road and the mobile home is planted where the mower mowed and our kids will go out camping and tell us what they've seen but the thing it never moves unless you care to dream and our kids are getting older time is flying fast and they'll soon be old enough to dream the dreams we had and our dreams have grown Round our mobile home.

It was called the Wheat Hill Mobile Home in East Palestine, Ohio, who hasn't been there once or twice.

And it was at 9:35 in the morning.

That's relatively early to get arrested in a mobile home, particularly if you're a, a billionaire.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a criminal tool, which they haven't said what the tool is.

He was-- He pleaded no contest.

And they had his phone, and they returned it to him, which also doesn't sound good.

Those are the facts that we have.
