Um, and what, how you build trust is authentically by being you, um, having the external integrity that people really enjoy, uh, being coachable, being vulnerable.

Coachability is one of those things.

It's the person who's always right is somebody I don't wanna hang around.

So I did, I already spent a little bit of time focusing on integrity and making sure that your internal integrity is aligned with who you are.

So the, the 10 values that I shared with you before, um, those are, you know, the quality in which you're trusted, known, and liked.

And I already had a chance to talk about integrity.

And so the, the focus on that is simply, um, if you think about say what you do and then do what you say.

And, and so the say what you do is your external, the do what you say is, is your actions that come behind it and who you really are, right?
