You know, I get asked to speak on resilience and leadership and all those types of things as well.

And it sort of makes you think about what made you make those decisions in life and And I sometimes think in grief now as well and trauma, which, you know, suicide is very traumatic for, you know, not only what you see but what you feel and what it does to individuals and families and people around you.

And I suppose I look back now and I certainly had a choice and everyone does when you go through something really traumatic and I look back now and think that, I could have absolutely gone either way.

I'm really proud of what we've built now and the decision to go forth and raise awareness to something I knew very little about, but it could have very much been the other way.
