Yeah.

And there is a lot of just like... monotony yeah just just grinding it out and it's relentless and it is and silence yeah i mean so i had so much time completely alone with my thoughts yeah um i think same with that with like the finish line finish lines are amazing things and but what i found really nice is that i then came back and I was on a speaker panel for Mitch Hutchcraft, who did the longest climb to Mount Everest.

Amazing.

And there was other adventurers there that I knew of and hadn't met yet.
