When you work with families, how do you bring, you call it the life-informed part, how do you bring the life-informed part of the planning to play, and how do you kinda go from a client's vision and values to specific, you know, ultimately wealth planning s- steps for you guys to implement?

Mitch HamerGUEST
implement?Yeah, everything is so customized, and every- everybody's goals and objectives, uh, especially when they're informed by what took place in their upbringing or life lessons that were passed along from their, their parents or grandparents, um, people take a lot of those, you know, to heart and, and throughout life.

Mitch HamerGUEST
And a lot of times, I think, you know, the, the, the funny word that my generation uses, uh, mansplained.

Mitch HamerGUEST
You know, a lot of times you get into a, an office with, with somebody in a really nice suit, and they're explaining to you, you know, your financial situation.

Mitch HamerGUEST
And if I were to do that, I'm trying to think of even the last four meetings that I've had in the last week and a half, uh, if I were to cast my beliefs or what I believe is to be the right financial planning or investments or tactics, I would miss so much about what makes my clients kind of tick and what their true goals are and what their risk capacity is and, and you know, how they want the assets to, uh, pass, um, you know, throughout their life.

Mitch HamerGUEST
It's not, it's not based on a set of, you know, uh, requirements or assumptions based on markets.
Seth GreenHOST
For families who have those younger generations working toward financial independence of their own, what are some of the mindset traps or behavior patterns you see them making, and how can you address them early on?
