As we approach the November midterm elections, political analysts nationwide are projecting the Democrats to reclaim the House with a viable shot to take over the Senate.

Despite that, Mississippi Republican Party Chair Mike Hurst thinks that his party has more of a chance to sweep than most might believe.

The polls are not always accurate.

I think what we've seen in the past is that, uh, there is a still a silent majority out there who want what we believe as Republicans, you know, smaller government, less taxes, more freedom.
