I want to express our community's appreciation to Jay Miranda and the entire team at the Honduran American Association for creating a national forum where the diaspora could unite and cast a bold vision.

To Ms. Mirta Colon, Ms. Karen Blanco, and the dedicated staff at Casa Yurume, to our colleagues across Garifuna Coalition USA Inc., and to every person who walked the streets of West Farm during our Happyland Memorial Tour, thank you for protecting our legacy.
