You know, where are we right now with this ill-conceived plan?

Well, the good news is that we are at the very beginning.

So to start off, there's a company called Odyssey Marine Exploration, which Andrew knows a lot about and we'll talk about a little bit more after I stop talking.

But they said, well, we want to do this heavy mineral dredging in this area and requested that they be able to do that from BOEM.

This was... gosh, back in the fall.

And they announced that they were going to give them that permission back then.

But for some reason, the process didn't kick off until just about a month ago.

But they are, I mean, they are a venture company in the original meaning of the word venture, which is get a bunch of guys together, get some investors and go to sea and see what you can find in the new world.
