This past weekend at Miramar Beach, there was a Brooks Brothers store there, and so found some good deals.

And another tap room is at the Winn-Dixie in Miramar Beach, which is down near Destin in the Panhandle.

And I love Destin.

We've visited there several times as a family, and honestly, I could happily live there.

She does an incredible job pulling together the Public Policy Committee every year.

They, uh, work on screening candidates, but more than anything, these city and municipal updates that we get are game-changers, and the way you turn that into business is that when you're working with buyers and sellers, buyers in particular, those who are new to the area, you can speak fluently on what is happening in the different areas that they're looking to buy, whether it be Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach.

When you're in that Public Policy Committee, you're learning things about all of those areas, and then you turn into a bit of a trusted advisor or-

It's a small area and the demand is just not there.
