Minreet Kaur

So Trojan from Emancipated Run Crew was obviously our guest on the podcast last month.

But this month, we've interviewed Minreet Kaur, who founded Asian Women Run.

And we spoke to her a couple of weeks ago.

And it was such a great chat.

She is so inspiring.

And her family, her parents are absolutely amazing.

This month's guest is Minreet Kaur, founder of Asian Women Run, a community interest company dedicated to making running more accessible and inclusive for Asian women.

She's also recently taken on the role of outreach ambassador for Park Run, helping to break down barriers to participation and encourage more people to get involved.
