I've, I also think apart from obviously these, these actors that we've discussed a little bit and how they, they got their start in the giallo gen- genre here, we have to remember that it's early on in the career of, uh, Luciana Martino and Mino Loy in terms of, of their thriller career.

I mean, they'd done spy thrillers before and Westerns and, uh, like, Flashman and stuff like that.

There hadn't been all that many of Castaldi's scripts filmed at this point.

So at the time of production, Guerrieri's 36, and he'd worked as an assistant director since the early '50s, and he made his directorial debut with Malizia sulla spiaggia in 1961.

But his career didn't take off properly until 1966, where two of his, of his Westerns opened.

This was the second time that he worked with producers Luciano Martino and Mino Loy.

Their Western, Ten Thousand Dollars Blood Money, was written by Gastaldi as well, and that had opened in March of 1967.
