But If we're going to remain competitive in the association high school levels with these junior programs, we have to change what we're doing because the way we've done it for the last 50 years, while it's romantic and it's great and it's cute and it's fun, it's going to go away in a real hurry if we don't find a way to evolve and find a way to get better.

But basically, for those who haven't read it, and I implore you to go read it if you haven't, it was a breakdown from 2010 to 2025 of kids who played in New England prep who were eligible and they were on central scouting versus kids who were in Minnesota high school hockey when they were on NHL central scouting from 2010 to 2025.
