University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

It's getting to know the customers and what they're looking for.

And when we've so I will I will share for those of you who know the tastemakers classes that Beth Fisher and I co-lead out at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

Heart Country Meats has actually been a guest out there twice.

And when you've been there, people are blown away by the flavor of your meat that you share.

I did two things.

I went out on Saturday and I went out to the Arboretum, the University of Minnesota Arboretum out in Victoria.

If you haven't been out there, it really is.

It is a shockingly good place to go and just hike around and see all these pretty plants and flowers.
