This caused concern that Henry's disappearance was part of some kind of politically motivated retribution.

Henry was also once the president of a union, the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees.

Investigators also dug into a potential union-related beef that someone may have had with Henry, but neither the political or union angles panned out.

There was no evidence that Henry's disappearance was tied to either.

Investigators eventually found out that the last place Henry was seen was actually at the Holiday gas station.

And it says that she actually witnessed the burial, but she doesn't want to come forward unless she knows she can be protected.

Okay.

Was there actually a woman involved or was that somebody just trying to misdirect the police? The other thing more of that, we didn't spend a lot of time talking about, we brought it up was the, You know, Henry's union ties, his political aspirations.

With no evidence, the government alleged to the grand jury that this conspiracy in this case extends far beyond the defendants to include the AFL-CIO, the Minneapolis Federation of Educators, the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, Monarcha, Veterans for Peace, and this I thought was almost funny, and the Grease Pit Bicycle Repair Shop, among others.

I thought it's like- In addition to the AFL-CIO, Minneapolis Federation of Educators Local 59 and Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, SEIU Local 26 is also named by DHS along with the Workers Solidarity Circle and Black Cat Workers Collective.

The motion also states, that Homeland Security Investigations subpoenaed financial records for several labor unions, including SEIU locals in Minnesota and the Communication Workers of America, CWA.

That's awful.
