Government says it is accelerating regulatory reforms aimed at creating a more business-friendly environment and unlocking investment opportunities.

Speaking at the second National Compliance Summit in Bulawayo, Industry and Commerce Minister Mangaliso Ndlovu said the reforms are designed to remove barriers that hinder investment, innovation, and productivity.

He said regulations should facilitate economic activity rather than constrain businesses, adding that the reform program supports Zimbabwe's Vision 2030 development agenda.

These frameworks recognize that industrialization and competitiveness require an environment in which businesses can invest, can innovate, access markets, adopt new technologies, and compete on a fair and predictable basis.
