Mingenew

Yes, that's right.

Farmers in Minganew and surrounds are reporting crop losses of up to 50% because of persistently high levels of mouse activity, with some saying it was the worst mouse plague they've ever experienced.

Mouse activity in WA reached significant outbreak and plague levels across major grain-producing regions, driven by a record 2025 harvest and favourable breeding conditions.

Southeastern Midwest farmers reported the highest impact.

Focused on in at Belmont Park today with the West Speed Platinum Spring Series final.

We've also got racing at Minganew today and also 2J tomorrow, Bunbury on Monday.

So there is a big weekend of racing right around Western Australia.

We've got to look forward to.

Thank you, Michael.

Also, hard questions.
