What happens after the vehicle come off the streets, get into the garage?

Sure.

If I first maybe step back for a second, talk a little bit about our business model first, and then we can drill into really the day in the life of a wingman.

Our value proposition is we are the largest independent infrastructure provider for autonomous vehicles.

And so what that really includes is a couple of different legs.

The first leg is we develop and identify all of the infrastructure required to safely support autonomous vehicles in any city.

When you think about infrastructure, there's many different categories of infrastructure, from charging to service, maintenance, repair, to even parking to help de-fleet the fleet of autonomous vehicles during adverse weather events, for example.

What are the typical models and maybe your evaluation of which one makes more sense? Any difference between the US versus the Asia or UK market?

So how hard is it to keep the sensors clean and calibrated, and to ensure that, you know, cross generations of different Waymos, that all the technology is working? And how do you test to ensure that the cars that are being used, that you're helping to manage, are at exactly 100% readiness to take people, just as we expect airlines to have their planes, you know, knocking on wood, [knocks] uh, always ready to go?

It, it's a great question.

And I think, uh, the, the first, I think the first mental model is to, is to understand that managing an AV fleet is 100% completely different from managing a traditional fleet.

Um, the, when you think about the goal of a traditional fleet manager, it's really just BIS.

It's butts in seats.

So you spend a lot of, uh, a lot of energy looking for drivers, and then when you find a driver, you wanna get that car out of your parking lot as soon as possible, and then you completely forget about that car until it comes back for servicing.

So you're completely hands-off.

I, I'm just curious if you could give kind of your more global perspective, given that Grab is, you know, based in Asia, um, about how the autonomous vehicle pushback from people, uh, compares to what we saw with ride hailing in the preceding, uh, kind of generation of this, uh, area of technology.
