So the Trump administration, Secretary Rubio last spring hosted a big ministerial with 50 countries at the State Department in the Loy Henderson conference room.

And The Undersecretary for Economic Affairs, Jacob Helberg, took what had been called the Mineral Security Partnership under the Biden administration and rebranded it as the FORGE initiative.
