Then we go on to Texas Community Bank Shares to acquire Bank of San Jacinto County Bank Shares.

So Mineola, Texas-based Texas Community Bank Shares agreed to acquire Cold Spring, Texas-based Bank of San Jacinto County Bank Shares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Bank of San Jacinto County in an all-cash transaction.

The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.

Under the deal terms, the Bank of San Jacinto County bank shares shareholders will receive aggregate cash consideration of $9.5 million according to an October 29th release.
