Minecraft Dungeons II

That's coming up here pretty soon on the 24th.

Coming out on the 29th, Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Released on PS5, Series Console, Switch, Switch 2, and PC.

The first Minecraft Dungeons, I didn't play a ton of it.

I will not go for Call of Duty, but I'll go for another Microsoft game, which is always risky.

I'm going to go with Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Really? Oh, interesting.

Yeah, the first one doesn't

It comes out in September, so I don't think it'll get delayed.

And if it does, fuck me.

So I'm going to go with Minecraft Dungeons 2 for my final game.

Okay.

It's rated E for everyone and will be released on computers and a number of different consoles, although nobody knows exactly when.

Visitors were also amongst the first to play Minecraft Dungeons 2, where players swap their pickaxes for swords and battle their way through Minecraft-style dungeons.

It's rated E10+, for kids 10 years and older, because it's got fantasy fighting, and comes out on September 29.

Other colourful crowd pleasers include Raymond, Legends Retold, and Acornia, Mirror Worlds, starring a dessert-baking, spirit-battling squirrel.

Uh, but yeah, no, like I, I, I- I think that the audience highly expects Connor's most anticipated game, Phantom Blade, to be something that, uh, they are gonna duke it out for.

I'm really interested.

It sucks.

All right, um, so Minecraft Dungeons 2 is where we're going to next.

Um, does anyone want to bid on Minecraft Dungeons 2?

Obviously, we know that they have, um, pulled back from their PC initiative, but they are now just saying only on PS5 to the point where that is the name of a recent ad, and it in- includes references to a bunch of games, including stuff like, um, Ghost of Yotei, which was the first one that, when that came out, it was like, "Hey, this one might never come to PC," and now that's coming to fruition.

And then meanwhile, on the Xbox side of things, they had a, a trailer for, uh, Mi- Minecraft Dungeons 2, which I think is out maybe this week.

Um, and previously a game like that, which that game is on a bunch of different platforms, but Xbox would have a trailer, and at the end of that trailer, it would have references to those other platforms.

And for this game, it doesn't.

Um, let's see.

Uh, real, real quick, I said that I thought it was out this week.

It's September, the last week of September, not the last week of August, so that's Minecraft Dungeons 2 on September 29th.

And then, you know, again, to clarify, it, Minecraft Dungeons 2 is coming out to other platforms.

Moving on, Xbox and PlayStation seem to be downplaying their multi-platform presence and new marketing beef.

As spotted by Push Square, Xbox uploaded a new trailer for Minecraft Dungeons 2 on its YouTube channel, and it doesn't make any mention of the game coming to PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2.

However, the game's previous two trailers, released in March and June respectively, both clearly advertise every platform the game will be released on.

It seems like Xbox may be pulling back even further on promoting its games for other platforms now under CEO Asha Sharma.

Minecraft Dungeons 2 now has an official gameplay trailer that was posted to YouTube on Thursday, August 20th, also posted to minecraft.net with an accompanying short article.

Along with footage showcasing new enemies, equipment upgrades, and co-op gameplay, this trailer introduced The Sift, a new dimension players will travel to throughout Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Of course, much of the excitement comes from titles that push familiar boundaries or fuse genres in surprising ways.

Minecraft Dungeons 2 is one such game on the horizon, promising a much more expansive world and cooperative features when it launches on September 29th.

The sequel aims to build on the original's dungeon-crawling foundation, this time introducing new dimensions and fresh progression systems.

Fans are eager to see how far Mojang will take these changes, particularly when it comes to replayability and teamwork.
