I was like, But yeah, that's how I ended up in the Oprah situation was I sat down with a corporate crush of mine, Mindy Grossman, who was leading Weight Watchers at the time, WW.

And she's like, what are you doing with your time after she gave me this amazing advice about every transition that she's been in? And by the way, at the end of most conversations, it would end with, well, you know, you can come Or, you know, I have a consulting firm and Kim, you know, I always use consultants, you know, so almost at the end of every conversation, even though I didn't ask, they were giving me opportunity options.

And so going and talking to people about transitions and not being afraid.

Trying to be two would literally be impossible.
