[upbeat music] The International Federation of Journalists and exiled Myanmar Journalists Network have condemned junta attempts to silence exiled media via Interpol.

Deputy Home Affairs Minister Min Thu told Union Solidarity and Development Party lawmaker Than Than Aye they requested red notices against Myanmar.

Since the 1 February coup, licenses were revoked, pushing Khit Thit, The Irrawaddy, and DVB to Thailand, Myanmar Now to Australia, and Mizzima underground.
