Now I was working at the Navy Bureau of Personnel down in Milton, Tennessee, and I was responsible for devising the training tracks for the surface warfare officers in order to determine their next milestone.

So I was pretty much orchestrating what schools and training They would have at their disposal.

And being one that always advocated, you know, for how learning always erred on the sides, making sure they got every possible training opportunity they could get.
