How do you manage inventory, which includes equipment, when you're managing a project?

All right.

So typically in your brownfields projects, you will form basically a sort of, you know, it's associated to routine maintenance.

So in your brownfields projects, you will have a typical expectation or you basically have a typical predictability of the types of equipment that you'll be using.

And, you know, they're from experience, you know, how you work in terms of your lead times and how long you can take to get whatever you need for your project.

Right.

So in that sense, it's a bit easy.

Are there any that jump out that you would say, oh yeah, these occur and it causes delays? Is there any misunderstandings either between the contractors around the scope of work or the designs? Anything?
