Somebody was trying to turn that place into a venue, but nothing got finished in time, I think.

Anyway...

At approximately 8.45 p.m. on Saturday, September 5th, 2026, Millvale Borough police officers, I hope I said that right, were dispatched to Mr. Smalls Theater for a report of a male wrestler who had struck his head on a ring post during a wrestling event.

Upon arrival, officers located Andy Williams unresponsive and being attended to by two physicians who were at the venue with the wrestling organization.

Shortly before the arrival of the Ross slash Westview EMS, Williams stopped breathing.

The official cause and manner of death remains pending.

An autopsy has been performed by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office, and the final determination will be made pending the results of the examination and any associated testing.

The Millvale Borough Police Department extends its condolences to Mr. Williams' family, friends, colleagues.

and the many members of the wrestling and music communities affected by his passing.

Dundee's death on September 6th at age 83 came following a years-long battle with dementia.

Hours earlier, Andy Williams, that's Andy the Butcher Williams, not to be confused with the late singer of Moon River fame, tragically died following a sudden medical emergency event at an indie show in Millvale, Pennsylvania.

He was only 48.

Before he ever set foot in a wrestling ring, Williams, born in Buffalo, New York, on December 12, 1977, was already a cult icon in the underground music scene.

He collapses, but he was still conscious, but they still called for paramedics and first responders and things to come to the venue.

They were in Millvale, Pennsylvania.

They, after he passed out and suffered what was then known as an undisclosed medical emergency, they cleared the venue and they canceled the remainder of the show.

Said no more wrestling.

So yeah, my heart's aching for their families and their friends as well as the fans.

Yeah, so really quickly, the Millvale Police Department, which is one of the first responders or one of the law enforcement agencies that came to the call at the Indy event, they actually put out a statement through Post Wrestling.

Well, Post Wrestling received their statement from of the Millville Police Department about the events that occurred that led up to the medical emergency and what will happen afterwards.

Their Enjoy Wrestling is about to shut down.

They only have, I think, one more show left, but this was their last show at this particular venue, Mr. Smalls Theater, which is in Millvale, just by Pittsburgh.

And from the understanding is that he collapsed at, at the show.

This was near the end of a tag match.

Uh, Rich Fan, who, um, with the PWTorch and this site, he was at the show, and then, you know, people were starting to post about what they had observed there.

So this, this news traveled pretty quickly on Saturday night, although it wasn't until, uh, Sunday morning that the official confirmation was out that he had in fact passed.

And so the Millvale Borough Police Department did issue, um, a statement, uh, to us, and, uh, this is from their police chief that, um, goes over the details occurring at Mr. Smalls Theater.
