my question is from...

Pastor Day was talking about yesterday from the 1,000-year millennial reign.

And he talked about that when Jesus starts his reign for the 1,000 years that Satan would be bound.

And then he said he would be released.

Is there an escalation of that 1,000-year reign and a continuation? I just wanted to see if you could help me with that.

Absolutely.

So that happens after the millennial reign is over when Satan is loosed.

What happens is there are going to be mortals that live into that time of the great millennial reign of Jesus Christ.

Uh, the Rapture sequentially is followed by the Tribulation.

Uh, the Second Coming is followed by the Millennium.

Going back to what Mark was saying about Satan being bound, that's a huge problem that the, the Preterists and other, uh, you know, uh, Post-Millennialists, uh, specifically have is that I don't know how you slice it, but Revelation chapter 20, uh, comes after chapter 19.

I mean, I, I was public school, so I'm not sure if, you know, if I'm right about that, but I'm pretty sure number 20 comes after number 19.

Well, Christ comes back in chapter 19, then the Millennium happens in chapter 20.

Of course, they have to twist the scriptures, and they, they hold to what's called the recapitulation view of Revelation, where every three chapters is just a restatement of the Church Age, but that's not at all, uh, the way John intended [laughs] for that to be taken.

It's, it's sequential, pretty clearly sequential.

But the most common mistake...

the people seem to make is treating Revelation primarily as a book about the Antichrist or as a book about the Tribulation or the Millennium or the nation of Israel or the nation of Russia or China or barcodes or miniature chips that might be inserted under the skin for purposes of identification or Apache helicopters or vaccines or the presidents or whatever might happen to be trending on YouTube that week.

The book is not about these things.

The book is a revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And then we enter into the 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ on the earth.

It's called the millennial reign of Christ.

And that's what we were focusing on last week.

as we closed off the week, what happens at the end of the millennial reign of Christ? And we saw when we study in the book of Revelation that the devil's loosed for a season, Satan himself.

He's been bound in the bottomless pit for a thousand years.

And he's loosed for a season because during the 1,000-year reign of Christ, we have a lot of different categories of people on the earth.

So the bottom line is that there's probably millions and millions of people on the earth, potentially billions.

And some are saints who have been resurrected, brought back to the earth with Jesus Christ in glorified bodies.

Section 8 or something.

He's talking about basically Gilead or the Thousand-Year Reign.

And then it got me kind of curious, and then I found out Irenaeus speaks of it.

And again, Pharisees kind of looked into it.

I've lost track of where we are date-wise, but we're on episode number 1001.

Isn't that something? And we're looking at the millennial reign of Jesus Christ, a thousand years that he's going to rule and reign on the earth at the conclusion of the seven years of tribulation.

And it's so amazing, absolutely so amazing that we're getting closer and closer to that coming to pass.

Who knows how many years we may have left on this earth.

It says, when those years have expired, the thousand years, Satan will be released from his prison Verse 8, he'll go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.

So that reference right in verse 8, to the sand of the sea, as a reference to those who he's going out to deceive, would indicate we got a whole pile of people.

that are going to survive and go through the millennial reign of Christ.

Satan is going to do everything he can to deceive them further.

They shall slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.

New American Standard Many Christian prophecy teachers, who we would describe as being against the validity of the Torah for believers today, even recognize the reality of animal sacrifices being performed by the Levites during the Millennium.

Tim LaHaye states in his Prophecy Study Bible, commenting on Ezekiel 43, 15-27, that, quote, The offerings will be memorial and retrospective, looking back to Christ's finished work on the cross instead of looking forward to Christ." These same sentiments are repeated by John F.

Wolvard, former Chancellor of Dallas Theological Seminary, in his book, Israel in Prophecy.

In any case, it is clear that the sacrifices are not expiatory but merely memorials of the one complete sacrifice of Christ.

Unquote.

Any animal sacrifices restored to the Temple in Jerusalem during the Millennium will be a memorial of Yeshua's final sacrifice for us.

As premillennialists, we all believe the Lord will be there in person to explain to us the exact significance of what these sacrifices mean.

Alexandrian school of thought comes in.

Millennialism comes in.

Post-millennialism begins much later.

These are the things that infiltrated the church because they looked at it and they're like, well, we've Christianized the world.

Yeah.

And, and then the last one, we sh- we talk about at the end of, at the end of the Revelation series, which is on, um, on my website, the, is, is the Millennial Reign, where people get everything they say they want in order to be happy.

And people say, "Well, why don't you..." When, when, when you ask someone, "Why don't you believe in God?"

Oh, wait, uh, JT, JT left.

So yeah.

Yeah.
