Milky Chance

Um, I, but I definitely pull influences.

Like I, I think a, a mix of it is pulling influences from like Amy Winehouse, Jessy Murph, even like, um, like Chris Cornell or Dave Matthews or Milky Chance.

Milky Chance is another, like, influence.

I was gonna say, I don't even, I don't even know what Milky Chance is.

Milky Chance, they're amazing.

That's new to me.

They're, you, you know one of their songs.

Because Billie Eilish at least has like kineticism in her music.

But like the Chainsmokers, Milky Chance, like these songs that were just kind of like limp, but they were like EDM, you know, that kind of like... not caring EDM, like not, not caring, but just sort of like a shame to like dance EDM, I guess it's like EDM for people who don't want to dance.

And I feel like with Carly Rae also, like you also, you know, had a lot of like vocal manipulation on pop hits during this time.

Carly Rae's voice is very, very in your face, emotional, no pun intended.

I really like dating myself.

I went to the Milky Chance concert.

Nobody complained.

So proud.

sure and i have no idea what you just said like i can't hear going in super wash gang too and i mean shout out to our guy gene wexler he was way ahead of the curve on this he's been doing it for years like if i'm in a concert too i'm putting earplugs in these days like i shouldn't i don't want my listen that bass i don't want to get my hearing blown out i won't be ringing the next day

There's a picture of me from a radio show we did with, like, I think it was, like, Milky Chance and some other guy.

I can't remember who headlined it, but it was Rock on the River.

And I am on the stage speaker taking pictures of the crowd surfers.
