And so during a woman's life, you touched on it earlier that there are changes, you know, through puberty and then pre and postpartum or during pregnancy and then in menopause, what sort of changes do you expect to see in the vaginal microbiome in those stages?

So obviously when a When we go into puberty, that's when estrogen for women kind of starts coming online, it starts increasing.

That estrogen is ultimately what produces the vaginal secretions, which are glycogen rich normally, and they do tend to feed lactobacilli population in our vaginal microbiome.

So whenever we see the lactobacilli population, we know that often that correlates with estrogen as well, right? So throughout a woman's life, obviously there would be fluctuation in that estrogen.
