But not without their regular captain and Roglic and his one-day form is still a big question mark.

His one-day races this year was third, Milano-Torino, 37th in Milan-San Remo, And then, yeah, that was basically over then the Slovenian Nationals, which he did win the ITT.

So it's not really been a one-day season for him, but it's going to be interesting how he comes out of the Vuelta.

He normally does go out of the Vuelta pretty well when he goes into the Italian Orton block, as he's showcased before.

I remember he won a stage of the Basque Country tour, which is now called Itzulia, but it wasn't called that at the time.

He outsprinted Alejandro Valverde there, and of course, the biggest wins that weren't quite able to get across the line, he was second at Milan-San Remo the year Arnaud Démare won in 2016.

He, he'd been third two years before, so on the podium twice at Milan-San Remo, and I think that, uh, speaks to Ben Swift as not maybe the fastest of fast finishers, but that real valuable combination of a fast finisher who has, you know, serious power under the hood, you know, endurance-

He's won Paris-Roubaix.

He's won Milan-San Remo.

He's won two of the France stages.

The way they still can get pleasure out of, say, okay, only a Vuelta win, you know, with all due respect, but he's won so many times.

The first time he's ever abandoned the Grand Tour.

And I know this year we've seen him crash in the run-in to the Poggio in the Milan-San Remo.

And that actually just made it more exciting because then he had the chase to catch on.

And he still won, which was unbelievable.

Top 10 at the Tour de France this year.

Second at Milan San Remo.

Actually, forget about that.

That's in his legs and he's doing this.

That guy bounces back.

And then Milan San Remo.

I mean, that guy, he's going to bounce back.

Um, being that we, we do talk about when we kind of talk about all disciplines and cycling, but we do pretty heavily focused upon road.

Um, should Tom Pitcock just, uh, just, uh, focus where the glory is, you know, and you know, he's had a mixed year.

I mean, his Milan San Remo would have been a absolute victory if it weren't for one guy who keeps winning everything.

And he managed to get at the start of Milan Sanremo, which is what a month later finished fourth.

That's crazy.

I, it's kind of interesting you, you mention that.

So just in the last 12 months, he finishes podium on the Vuelta, really impressive, and then you're like, "Well, how good is he in long one-day road races?" Well, World Championships last year, he's 10th, sixth at Lombardia, seventh at Strade, second at Milan-San Remo, and then s- second at Eschborn-Frankfurt, maybe the most impressive result of all of those.

But he could, you're right, he could win the mount- the road World Championships.

It's a perfect course for him, and I guess the question would be, "Well, what's the training like?" Like, how is he training for this Mountain Bike World Championship? Is that, does he shift gears now? Or like, do, do you have any insight into that? Or does he just kinda-
