Milan Fashion Week

So I think the exclusivity just doesn't belong to my personality.

What are you excited about this upcoming Milan Fashion Week besides Vogue World?

Well, about a few things.

For sure, the debut of Moschino.

What does immiserating Milan Fashion Week have to do with our inability to scale insect welfare campaigns? When there are two gazillion trillion shrimp having their eyes gouged out every second, why even get out of bed for a meager 20 to 100 million foxes, minks, and raccoon dogs?

One, party tricks.

Industrial activity requires three elements, land, labor, and capital, the classical economic factors of production.

Mission alignment is a state of mind that can be learned through experiences, just as the mindset of the moral maze can be learned and unlearned.

But it usually takes longer to unlearn habits than to learn them in the first place.

The more years of corporate experience on someone's resume, the more their soul must be purified by the chanting of Hail Marys, by which I mean screaming outside the home of a board member of a company that does business with another company, that shares a board member with the company that provides drinking water to the animal abusers at Milan Fashion Week until your voice grows hoarse.

I didn't get it until Milan Fashion Week October 2022.

Oh, of course, right.

And you're like, "Seriously? I get it now."

Yeah, she was saying it's her Super Bowl or Milan Fashion Week.

For me, I'm really looking forward to EASD, which will be at the tail end of September in Milan, Italy.

And fun fact, this year's EASD immediately follows Milan Fashion Week, which will be showcasing the Women's Spring Summer 2027 collections.

So I'm just going to have to arrive in Milan a bit earlier to take advantage.

Well, you better make some room in your closet, Alice, and perhaps add one of those collapsible bags to your suitcase so that you can be sure to get everything back home to Toronto with you from Milan.

So September 6th through the 20th, you might want to look into that.

and while you are there stay a few more days in Milan because the Milan fashion week runs from the 22nd of September to the 28th so there's a lot of exciting things going on I can't mention them all but those are just like the top six I kind of focused a little bit this time up in the north and there's all kinds of events running all throughout the month of September all throughout Italy now as i promised i mentioned that i'm going to be covering some things on the website of different activities uh also i want to start giving you an idea of events that are free in italy in the major cities because i understand not everyone wants to rent a car and get out and about when you're in italy so what i want to share with all of you if you I should say if when you are in Italy, all the Italian state museums and archaeological parks offer free admission the first Sunday of every month.

So you can go to the Italian government museum site.

It gives you a list of all the museums.

But, you know, Milan takes a very similar approach to its fashion legacy late in the month.

Oh, Milan Fashion Week.

Yes.

It takes over the city to preview the spring summer 2027 collections.
