We start the show celebrating 60 years of Mountain Gazette, the original outdoor magazine.

The title was revived by editor Mike Rogge.

They just published a book as well titled Print Ain't That, a Mountain Gazette anthology, 500 plus pages featuring some of their top contributors, including Hunter S. Thompson, Edward Abbey and more.

We also discuss the latest issue of the magazine.

And the big thing is there has never been an official online database or really any official... archive of Mountain Gazette.

We're working on that.

And so about two years ago, my senior editor, Doug Schnitzpon and I started working on this project.

And really what it was, was I've never really loved the term best.

And as it turns out, this is a film that Rogge loves, but it's also a film that Cody Townsend loves.

And having just come off of a watching of this film, Airborne, Mike, I guess my first question is, what are we doing here?
