Mike Herrera

All right.

Welcome to the Mike Herrera podcast.

What's up, you guys? The Poconetcha Punk taking over.

So the key to these things is you just make sure you got to pull it down.

What's their car lot? Um, auto accent or something.

Anyway, it's, it's not important.

He hooked us up with, uh, the car you see in the, uh, cop scene and, um, shout out to Mike Mosey for the police car.

It was so much fun to make this video.

I haven't had as much time as I'd like, but I've seen a bit.

Yeah, we're both big Mike Herrera and MXPX fans.

Yeah,

right.

is...

All right, welcome to a brand new episode of the Mike Herrera Podcast.

I'm live on TikTok as we record this.

This is the first time I've ever done that.

There's a, there was a, a local Northwest punk band called MXPX who have the song Moved to Bremerton.

Mike Herrera, man, I know him.

[laughs]

He's, he ...

Welcome to a brand new episode of the Mike Herrera Podcast, everyone.

I'm your host, Mike Herrera.

Great to be here.

Got a great episode for you.

Let's just put it that way.

Um, I don't really pay a whole lot of attention to basses all that much, but I'm talking about Mike Herrera of MxPx.

Um, this, I'm gonna guess...

Well, this one and maybe the next one are your two favorite albums on this list, and there was no, like, I'm trying to pick something that maybe people haven't talked about or we haven't talked about-

Thanks for submitting.

If you guys wanna submit, uh, your song, you can go to the Mike Herrera Podcast Facebook group and join that.

It's free, of course, but it's, um, you gotta, you gotta, like, ask to join, just so we don't get a bunch of...

We do get bots, so that's why we have, have people ask.

I, uh, I assume we're gonna get a lot of different types of people on an episode like Music Monday than we would on your average type episode.

But, um, hey, it's all good, and you're all welcome, so appreciate you.

If you haven't already done so, subscribe, follow, uh, the podcast anywhere you listen and especially on YouTube, Mike Herrera Video.

You can watch, you can follow, you can subscribe.

Mm hmm.

It's cool that Mike Herrera did your podcast.

That's a really cool thing.

Because Mike Herrera, to me, he may as well be Mick Jagger.

He feels unattainable, but I loved hearing him talk to you guys.

I love his podcast, and I love it when he goes on other people's podcasts and stuff.

Did you finish any of those episodes? Oh, yeah, absolutely.

So you know what the final question of our conversation is going to be, right? Well, the very last question we ask everyone.
